This notice explains what SUR6E records and who can see it.
What we use
SUR6E uses your account identity, exam and schedule preferences, diagnostic answers, study activity, practice attempts, chat messages, and mentor notes to generate and improve learning guidance.
Who can see it
If you have a mentor, they can view your study activity, diagnostic profile, progress and relevant counselling context. Authorised SUR6E staff can access only the records their role needs, such as content, support or learner operations.
Automated processing
Some study content and interactions are processed by automated services, including AI models from our technology providers, to produce explanations, questions, summaries or planning suggestions. Avoid entering sensitive personal information. This output is not guaranteed to be correct.
Retention and requests
Records are kept while you use SUR6E, plus the period needed for safety, audit and legal obligations. You can download a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted from Settings, or write to the SUR6E team through the Support page about access, correction or retention.
